Maybe I am getting good at sniffing our bakeries, but I think there have
been more opening up since the grocery stores started having in store
bakery departments. Personally, I don't like the bread they make in
most of them, and their pastries tend to be inferior to and more
expensive that real bakeries. I could be that the in store bakeries are
a notch above the usual commercial crap, and once people get a taste for
the the goods and accept the price, they go to the other places because
the products are better and cheaper.
