I don't roast birds (or beef, for that matter) often enough to justify a
rotisserie. It works for you, wonderful!

Well we had one tonight, and I must say, it didn't look anything like
yours BUT it was juicy and tender and really good)

I must make a confession here, D. always does the rotisserie stuff It is
the ONLY cooking he does, but heck I am not complaining))

BTW just so you know, our rotisserie isn't as posh as Carol's It is in a
very small oven)
