Tastes vary. I occasionally have a salad of nothing but lettuce.

It quite likely is one grower or one processor, but until the source
is identified, better safe than sorry.

Most people have no idea where their lettuce came from. The romaine
that I buy lists an address for the grower, but that's just where
their corporate headquarters are.
