We don't care for fresh tuna either, cooks up too dry and we don't
like rare cooked. We only buy the solid packed tuna, in oil but oil
packed is getting difficult to find. We don't eat a lot of tuna but
my wifes likes Bumble Bee in those three ounce tins, she takes one
with a salad for school lunch, those have pull tab lids so she can add
it to her salad just before eating and the salad stays crisp.
