I would love one

)
Okay. Here goes.
Ophelia
Ophelia is her name.
And cooking is her game.
Swiss chard is not her thing.
But it makes her husband sing!
She's not fond of hot spice.
But mild seasonings are very nice.
Her adversary's name is Janet.
I imagine Janet looks like a gannet.
At least I know she is a bird.
Slang for a female, that's the word.
Ophelia rules with fowl or fish.
I'm not sure what's her favorite dish.
Her husband likes bread of corn flour.
I think it enhances his brain power.
A smart man is he to have wed her.
I'm sure most here will certainly concur.
For she does make such lovely meals.
Everything she makes really appeals.
Yes, Ophelia is just ever so fine.
And at her table, I'd like to dine!
