I have a bunch of people and subjects filtered by containing parts of
the sender or subject. Some exceptionally pathetic losers have been hard
to get rid of, but I eventually managed. The few that get by don't take
long to give themselves away. When they get really manic and change
daily or hourly they tend to get carried away. In the case of those
losers it is not even worth filtering because they will be back with a
new name in minutes, so you can simply ignore every new username that
pops up.
