I do use the big flake Kosher salt occasionally but for normal
use I just buy the generic versions of plain old Morton Salt. The
super fine "popcorn salt" is useful for a few things. This is
what you get from those little salt packets from McDonalds. The
few times I go to McD, I'll collect a few and save them.
