That pic looks like what I call "spaghetti squash". It's cooked and
then shredded with a fork so the flesh looks a bit like spaghetti
noodles. I've never cared for it because no matter how you cook it,
it's crunchy.

There are many different types of squash other than zucchini/courgettes
which is a summer squash. I make a baked yellow squash casserole (also
considered a summer squash) which is quite delicious. I make soup using
roasted butternut (which is a considered hard shelled winter squash).
Baked acorn squash, also considered hard shelled. All very tasty.

Yes, I have seen many for sale but .... I don't know ... I just don't fancy
them
