Thank you. It turned out very good. Contained an entire head of
garlic finely minced, four whole Vidalia onions, lots of carrots,
celery and potatoes. A large can of crushed tomatoes, a few bay
leaves, and the secret ingredient a can of beer. Naturally s n'p.
Pot roast is very little work, a great one pot meal. Sometimes a pot
roast becomes a large pot of beef barley mushroom soup.
