Julie, is there a dedicated breaker for those soffit lights? There might be.

OTOH, I have seen some newer houses around here that have outside lights on all the time, day or
night, especially on either side of a garage door. I think if the home owner could turn them off,
they would be turned off in the daytime. But I haven't ever asked.
