That dinner has been postponed until a late lunch tomorrow
(2:30PMish). Had too much blood sucked out of me today and didn't
feel like cooking. Instead, dinner was highly modified $1 Totino's
pizza (added cheese, pepperoni, and hot giardiniera) and some spicy
epazote potatoes.
It took me three days to get that dinner this far (marinating + SV),
it can wait another 20 hours.
