I don't deny some people over-eat at any buffet. I question the
statement "crawling to the buffet to eat even more" if someone is ill
with indigestion. That doesn't make any sense. He's conjuring up the
idea of a vomitoriam. Eat until you puke, then go eat some more.

population of anywhere. She clearly has an eating disorder.
