I go to a brunch buffet once a year, that covers my all you can eat
restaurant dining. I don't go crazy piling my plate high and making
8 trips and I don't notice other people doing that, either. I
overindulge on the bacon. That's my only meal for the day, maybe some
guac and chips watching the game that night. See if I care what some
random stranger thinks of my choices.
