I simply missed all of those early PCs. I used an Amdahl 470 in the
mid 1970s, then I dropped out of college and didn't use any sort
of computer until the mid 1980s. The first PC I used at my office
job had two 5.25" floppy drives, one of which had the OS on it, if
memory serves.
