Cornstarch secrets
Dsi1. Good deal. Did chicken thigh bites. Egg first, cs first followed by a mix of flour and cs. Shook in garlicsaltpepper and 375 fry till done. Looks like Popeyes. Tastes better.
I have always used cs as a thickener, gravy etc.
Never used it as a coating.
