There were minced onions and garlic involved, browned Italian sausage
cut into chunks and cooked together in a skillet. I added canned tomato
sauce, marjoram and basil, S&P to taste. And a bit of red pepper flakes.

I don't eat spaghetti often enough to bother making sauce from fresh
tomatoes. I don't have a garden or need to "can" a 6 month supply,
either. It was tasty. As will be the leftovers.
