I grow a variety called Sweet Success. When grown right these
cucumbers are 12-14 inches long, smooth skinned, seedless and
burpless.

I got 6 of them today. The temperature for the last 8-10 days has
been in the high 80s instead of topping 100F. I knew that blistering
hot weather day after day with high temps at night was messing up my
garden and here's proof.
The only thing that loved the weather this year was the 1 (ONE!)
zucchini plant that just kept on giving and giving and giving.
I have enough shredded and sliced zucchini already frozen to last all
the coming year. So, this afternoon I will make zucchini bread for my
husband. gah!
I'm already planning my garden for next year.
