I'm eating some right now! I printed the recipe and posted it in my kitchen! I made it with as whole box of Berrelli's whole wheat linguine, and out it in a huge Tupperware bowl in the refrigerator and told my Lady Love and my other male Indian house mate it was up for sharing!

Mushrooms with cashews/macadamias and linguini:

Fresh mushrooms
Cashews/macadamias
EVOO
Ground Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Sweet Paprika (Hungarian)
Red Pepper Flakes
Basil
Parmesan Reggiano
Linguini
Butter

Slice fresh mushrooms, sautee in EVOO
Add cashews/macadamias/paprika

Add butter to cooked hot linguini,mix, top with
black pepper, red pepper flakes, basil

Top with sauteed mushrooms/cashews/paprika mix

Shred Parmesan Reggiano on top, mix slightly
