To "prolly" or not...
It isn't terribly common, but I have run into a few "prolly" speakers
over my lifetime. I'm remembering one in particular, but I can't
remember where she was from. I don't recall her trying to be cute or
speaking babytalk. That's just the way she pronounced the word.
