I had a meal in a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco that set the bar
for Chinese food way higher than anything I can get around here. I had
Kung Pau chicken for the first time and there was a lot of chicken in
the dish. The other item was crispy fried lamb and it was all lamb, no
vegetables at all. It was thin strips of boneless rib roast, dredged in
some kind of fine flour and spices and fried. It was delicious.
