Yes! It's just a vegetable oil extracted from hemp/cannabis/marijuana plant material. I put it under my tongue (sublingual) for the most rapid uptake, and I put a dropperful in my hot strong black Sumatran coffee along with splashes of Kahlua and Hershey's syrup. YUM!! Got my first Cuppa Plus right now! 7:34AM and WAKING UP! :-)

Has NO toxicity as far as I can tell! None! Zero bad effects on me!
