Those pizzas look like nothing I've seen before. My guess is that they're made by machines. I'm not saying that's a bad thing. My guess is that you get a faster, more consistent product by doing it that way. OTOH, the true value of a pizza does not come from how it's made. Personally, I like machines. How does it taste?
