Â* In the past I have just rinsed and frozen them whole with the skin on
.. Freeze on a cookie sheet then bag , you pull what you need . I just
run them under hot water and the skin comes right off , toss them in the
pot frozen . But the freezer is too full of meat to freeze many , and we
have jars aplenty so ...
