Try the really basic one. It's eaten in smaller portions. I like to
just add a little fine chopped onion to it. I learned this dish in
Pearl City but had it many other places like Ala Moana. I even had it
at the Hale Koa. It may have changed since 1989 (when I left Hawaii)
but it was really commmon then to not fancy it up.
