I wear my watch all the time (except in the shower, of course). I don't
take it off when I go to bed. It's an inexpensive Timex Indiglo; if I
wake up at night I just press the button and the dial illuminates so I
know what time it is. Yes, I have a clock in the bedroom but I'm blind
without my glasses so it's pretty useless except as an alarm clock.
