I think I'm being pressured into making a fresh turkey. I'm going to kamado
forum for hints.

I lit it up for the first time today for the 24 hour break-in.........

Doing it empty just for the thrill of burning off my old junky BBQ galore
"lump". The 30 boxes of Kamado I got should go a loooooong way.
