Hmmmm. Thing is, I try not to have a lot of fresh produce which is
about to spoil in my fridge. I buy fresh vegetables with specific meals
in mind. I know I'm going to need to use them up within x-number of days.

Then again, I don't (and never will, not interested) have a vegetable
garden so I'm not trying to use up a bunch of stuff I grew and picked
which is going to spoil.

I try not to buy so much that what is in the fridge ever winds up
looking "sad".
