Depends on whether you want "Chinese-restaurant fried rice" (CRFR) or
something else. Yes, CRFR is typically made of day old long grain
"steamed" rice. Add some frozen peas/carrots succotash and Asian stuff
(soy, hosin, oyster, whatever sauces).
