Just so you know - lobsters taste kind of weird. I suggest that you carry on the course you've been following.

Yesterday I had some raw octopus in a wasabi sauce. Raw octopus has a sort of crunchy texture. It tasted fine but that slimy texture was fairly off putting. Evidently, it's a new thing that's going around.
