I have a laptop, but it is never moved. When my former desktop died, I
appropriated my daughter's Viao and bought her a new Win10 Quad-core. I had
already maxed out the RAM after a failure and upgraded the HDD after it had
failed.

I also added a 2nd HDMI 24" screen and a 7-port USB hub so could use
external mouse, keyboard, 1Tb backup, and my existing scanner/printer. I
figure that I can use all that stuff if & when the Viao gets too old or
wears out.
