Looks very nice there fellow. No doubt a good sandwich.
Personally I might have skipped the tomato sauce as I've
never been a fan of that on sandwiches. I have made many
sausage, onion and pepper sandwiches on italian loaf bread.
Only seasoning was S$P and it was "to die for!"

I bought a meatball sub once at a good local place. Good but
I didn't care for the tomato sauce on that one either.
It's just me.

Note: I've noticed at least lately, if you express an opinion
you always need to follow up with a "IMO" least you offend
people that tend to get offended with everything that they
don't agree with. Sadly, that's trending these days.
