Costco Italian sausage sauteed with peppers, onions, and seasoned
tomato sauce piled onto hoagie rolls with asiago cheese and home made
olive giardiniera.
Make mine a double - two links nestled in a semi-hollowed out hoagie
roll, cheese layered underneath so it melts and protects the bread
from getting soggy.
