Since someone mentioned that the browned bits were tastier, I'll
bet after grilling or oven roasting, a torch would be a good
thing to use to brown it up a bit more.

Hmm when I said 'grill' ... you call it a 'broiler'.

I sprinkled a little sweet paprika and some salt before putting it under the
grill,

I turned it once. I tastes very different to any cauli I've tried before
and although D likes it as is, he now says he would prefer it the way I just
tried it out
