Â* I tried that with some breaded chicken strips , used spray veggie oil
and it didn't work very well . So I bought a trigger spray bottle and
put olive oil in it . Works better , but I have a hard time getting an
even film of oil on stuff . And that oil is crucial to getting a crispy
coating .
