I never steam vegetables on the stovetop. I cook broccoli or (frozen)
green beans in the microwave. Fresh green beans are cooked in boiling
salted water until tender-crisp. I like grilled broccoli, onions,
zucchini or asparagus, and a variety of roasted vegetables.
