You've probably found that you will be criticized by some posters for
absolutely anything you post, but how you and your family like things,
ingredients used etc. is the ONLY thing that counts. I always simmer my
sauces, and I've had no complaints here either.

I am a bit confused here. How else will it get cooked if you don't simmer
it??
