Thank you VERY much! Although this isn't quite what my mom made, it is very
close. No parmesan in hers and she likely subbed in the chicken broth. I
shall be making this soon. Just have to figure out the rice because I use
brown. Unless I can find some light brown because it has the same cook time
as white rice.
