That old-school food might make an interesting anthropology class: Foods of the Boomer Generation. We go through the cooking of the recent decades. The 50's would have stuff like Jello-O salads, maybe maraschino cherry cake. The 60's could be stir fry and fondue. 70's would quiche and nachos. 80's: buffalo wings?

A class like that would be very interesting to the kids of 2050 - when they're all eating printed nutra-cubes.

One of the things I have a hard time imagining is a wild rice farm.
