You would think that it would be. Range isn't that big a problem as it is on the mainland. The bad news is that electricity is nearly 3 times the national average on the mainland. That's like paying 3 times the cost of gasoline. The good news is that a lot of people have solar panels installed on their roofs. That's like getting free gasoline.
