All this has made me remember. Back in the day I used to try to fight
nastiness with nastiness. I tried to match like with like, but realised it
was making ME nasty too

It is a waste of time. The Nasty One will never change and will continue to
be nasty whatever you say or do.

I am very grateful for the 'bin' option. At least I don't have to see much
of it any more.
