Even I don't make 12 gallons of anything at a time... this coming week
I'm planning to make pea soup, 12 quarts.
12 gallons is 48 quarts... I need to see her 50 qt. pot.
12 gallons weighs over 100 pounds, most residential stoves won't
safely support 100 pounds.
