Feel free to investigate the next time you use you oven. There will be a
vent somewhere that allows heat to escape from the oven. Stoves with
electric coil burners usually vent through one of the element pots.
Glass tops often have a grill on the the console. The claim was that
ovens have to be vented outside in SC. All ovens are already vented into
the kitchen.
