no, not at least as I think of a snood. These are knitted/woven
garments that you pull down over your head that have an opening for
eyes,nose,mouth. Kind of like a sock for your head. Some of them can
be manipulated in various ways so that you can cover just what you
need, but all of the ones I think of must be pulled over the head.
They are not stylish hats. I'd give you a link but by this time of
the season it seems most all is gone.
