Thanks! Easy and tasty. I used that old tupperware hamburger press my
mother gave me to form the patties.

Now I have more leftover mashed potatoes. Oh dear, should I make potato
pancakes (yes, it calls for an egg) again? Should I call them potato
croquettes? Hmmmmm.
