I put a lid on it and let it go for 20 or 30 minutes on low. Then I toss it into a large container with the Wendy's chile and I'm good for 6 days, 7 meals total. Each day I put a small amount of already cooked chicken or meat into a bowl and ladle some chile over it, then stir and top it with already made rice I have in a container in the fridge. I am proud of this meal and just had to share it. Thanks.

Right on for creative fast food stretching.

If it works it's all good.

I've been known to extend a carton of fried rice with leftover ham and eggs.

No harm no foul.
