This is not me giving you grief but merely a simple suggestion. Shop
with a list. You already had lemons but you said (in another post) you
forgot. And they were a great price! Now you've got a ton of lemons
and don't know what to do with them.

I suppose you could freeze them. The texture will be affected but at
least you wouldn't have to use them up in a rush.
