I provide safe comfortable student type housing in a HOUSE! With a three car garage in the back rebuilt/re-sided for the future! The garage roof is good and I had my electrician wire it for three 240VAC, one for each car bay! I'm using one for my Nissan Leaf and I LOVE IT!! It will attract the students of the future! OUR future!!

:-) This is gonna be fun! And I'm gonna facilitate it!! I'll bet I could get local News Stations to run a segment on how good and easy 100% electric cars are for in-city driving! Show off my Nissan Leaf and it's charging station in the garage. I even have two bright LED light bars in each car bay. VERY cool! While I had run electrician doing mine I figured what the heck, let' be visionary! :-)

And it WORKS SO WELL when done properly and I LOVE MY LEAF! It's like a little slot car! I can easily beat any heavy truck or most ANY vehicle! I WAS in my Leaf behind a Tesla Model X!! They weren't showing off the X's incredible acceleration tough, I just followed dutifully behind the X and the pair of us almost always out accelerated ANYTHING else off a red light!

That is so much fun!! Across 4 lanes I can be going 45MPH VERY fast. I would LOVE to explain the torque curves of electric motors! Anyone who ever raced slot cars or HO gage cars like I had knows what happens when you squeeze that controller trigger full blast! I wanna get a really fast slot car to demonstrate this! This will illustrate this PERFECTLY!!
