Exactly! Precisely!! That's why I LOVE this house. It looks like it's opening up it's ARMS and welcoming you to COME INSIDE where it's WARM AND SAFE!! Like Grandma's house! Heck, I even had the front porch painted Grandma Approved Lavender!!

I emailed my son and included this pic told him that this is what will become HIS and his wife Maggie's when I DIE! Living Trust action, same as my father did for me and my sister! No Govt, no Probate Court! **** all that!! :-)
