But my landlord did not appear to be very flexible about his initial
offer of $110,000 and I only got him down to $108,000 cash, basically as
is. So I KNOW ann the stuff that needs work. I knew most of what my
inspector found too! I have no delusions about this place and the work
it needs. But I'm into it too far to quit now! And it's gonna be VERY
cool and when I get it all done could be worth as much as maybe $200,000
after restoration!
So, if you do all thre restoration before purchase, making it
worth 200,000, do you seriously think the owner is still going to sell
it for 108,000?
He's taking you for a ride.
