My cheap Chinese Landlord (a chemistry professor at UMSL) and his partner IN CHINA would never have agreed to that, and this house would just continue to degenerate into DUST!! I have said (maybe not here as much) that I am literally saving a small chunk of United Statesian real estate FROM THE RAPACIOUSLY MAMMON WORSHIPING CHINESE!
